The order is damaged.
My order included two pairs of sunglasses, one of which was a defective product. The temples had very obvious scratches, and a screw on one of the temples was loose and fell out of the box. It hasn't been addressed yet.

Poor customer service

I had to write and chat very often, until I received a return address.
But until today I never received a return label or similar.
As another client sent his order back and never received his money back, I decided to keep the glasses. Very annoying!

Hi, I had an email yesterday saying that my parcel had been delivered. I checked outside; it is not in the bin or backyard, and I checked with the neighbor.
The same problem: they didn't see any of my order. My order was delivered by Evri and Shipcloud, and the number is H04GDA0000781036. My name is Riadh Ayari. My email is riadhkelly@***.com.
My number is 07487 26****.
Then I received another email with a different shipping number that said it is on the way. So I changed it to be delivered to my number if I'm not in.
Preferred solution: Full refund
